Required CSS Showing instructions: this form must be filled out for every listing.
Optional Showing instructions form can also be completed.                                            
               You can either call in the instructions to (718)682-0000 or fax the completed form
               to (718)682-0001. You may also send the completed form to the SIMLS.

CSS Flyer: an excellent source of information to use when explaining the service to your sellers,
               and is probably the best explanation of what it is and the benefits.
               Please do not hesitate to print it out for yourself and your sellers.

CSS Agent information form: Every agent must fill out and fax this form, to 718-682-0001 in
               order to make use of the service. This form will establish your identity with CSS and
               allow you to call to make showing appointments. 
               You will not be able to schedule any showing appointments if you have not filled
               out and faxed in this form!
